As tea is a perishable product, we follow a no-return and no-refund policy after delivery. This helps maintain safety and product integrity for all customers.

But customer satisfaction remains our priority.

If you receive:
• damaged packaging
• a wrong product
• missing items
• or have a genuine quality concern

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
We will review the concern and provide a replacement wherever valid.

You may cancel an order only if it has not been dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of tea.
