SHIPPING POLICY — Signature Premium Tea

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Processing times may extend during peak periods, but customers will be informed of any significant delays.

2. Shipping & Delivery
Complimentary Shipping Pan-India on orders of 1kg and above. A small delivery fee applies to smaller quantities. Delivery timelines generally range from 3–7 business days, depending on location. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Signature Premium Tea is not liable for delays beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once the order has been shipped. Tracking information is provided by the courier partner and may take time to update.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Orders returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or failed delivery attempts may be re-shipped upon request. Additional delivery attempts may incur charges at the customer's expense.

5. Risk of Loss
All products are packaged securely. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided. In case of transit damage, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
